Official rules, guidelines and terms:
Eligibility: Open strictly to independent insurance agents affiliated with The Agency Collective who are contracted with Steadily Insurance Agency, Inc through The Agency Collective. (including agents contracted prior to or during the Promotion Period). Entrants must be legal residents of the United States, aged 18 or older, properly licensed, and in good standing. Employees of Steadily, The Agency Collective, their affiliates, and their immediate family members are ineligible.
Promotion Period: Begins at 12:01 AM CST on September 8, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM CST on October 8, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
Point Structure & Qualification:
- Agents earn 10 points per new eligible policy bound directly through Steadily during the Promotion Period.
- A one-time 50-point bonus will be awarded upon reaching five (5) total bound policies during the Promotion Period.
- Qualifying policies must remain in force through October 8, 2026. Policies bound prior to September 8, 2026, or canceled on or before October 8, 2026, will not qualify.
Prize Selection & Fulfillment: At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, winners will be determined based on total point rankings (or a random drawing among tied participants, if applicable). Winners will select gifts up to their earned tier value ($500 for Grand Prize; $250 each for Runner-Up Prizes). Prizes are non-transferable, reportable as income, and recipients are solely responsible for any applicable taxes.
Compliance & Anti-Rebating: This incentive is paid solely to licensed producers. It must not be represented to any insured or prospective insured as a rebate, discount, reduction in premium, or inducement to purchase insurance. Agents are strictly prohibited from giving anything of value to insureds/prospects in connection with insurance sales and remain solely responsible for placing coverage in the best interest of the insured in accordance with applicable laws.
General Conditions, Tampering & Cancellation: Steadily reserves the right to verify eligibility and production records. Steadily reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion should fraud, technical failures, or causes beyond Steadily’s control impair its administration, security, or fairness. Steadily further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms.
Likeness & Publicity: Participation constitutes consent for Steadily to use winner names and likenesses for promotional purposes without additional compensation where permitted by law.

Agency Agreement: This promotion is subject to and controlled by your controlling Independent Agency Agreement. Nothing herein amends or supersedes the terms of that agreement.
