_Eligibility_{: Open strictly to independent insurance agents who are actively appointed and contracted with both INVO Underwriters, LLC and Steadily Insurance Agency, Inc. Entrants must be legal residents of the United States, aged 18 or older, properly licensed, and in good standing. Employees of Steadily, INVO Underwriters, LLC, their affiliates, and their immediate family members are ineligible.
‍}_{Promotion Period}_{: Begins at 12:01 AM CST on August 13, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM CST on October 13, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
‍}_{How to Qualify & Entries}_{: Dual-appointed agents automatically earn one (1) raffle entry for every new policy bound directly through Steadily during the Promotion Period. Qualifying policies must remain in force through October 13, 2026. Policies bound prior to August 13, 2026, or canceled on or before October 13, 2026, will not qualify. There is no cap on the number of entries an agent can earn.
‍}_{Prize Details}_{: At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, raffle winner(s) will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. The prize package consists of one (1) $500 digital gift card and one (1) $250 Steadily Swag Basket (featuring custom hats, apparel, drinkware, candles, office gear, etc.). Prizes will be fulfilled electronically or shipped within 30 days of drawing. Prizes are reportable as income, and recipients are solely responsible for any applicable taxes.
‍}_{Compliance & Anti-Rebating}_{: This incentive is paid solely to licensed producers. It must not be represented to any insured or prospective insured as a rebate, discount, reduction in premium, or inducement to purchase insurance. Agents are strictly prohibited from giving anything of value to insureds/prospects in connection with insurance sales and remain solely responsible for placing coverage in the best interest of the insured in accordance with applicable laws.}

Steadily reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Steadily’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion. In such case, Steadily may select winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after the action taken.
