Steadily is hiring a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales & Partnerships to lead our efforts building strategic partnerships with the platforms that serve landlords. This leader will manage a team responsible for selling insurance software solutions into enterprise companies across property management software, lending platforms, and real estate marketplaces. This is a player-coach role that will personally own Steadily’s most important partner relationships while developing the team and building repeatable sales motions across multiple verticals.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Overland Park, KS.

What You’ll Do

  • Build the engine: Create and drive repeatable sales motions across several verticals including lending software, property management software, and real estate listing platforms.
  • Lead key relationships: Personally manage and close Steadily’s most strategic enterprise accounts and partnerships.
  • Architect the systems: Design and own the CRM structure (Salesforce) to track pipeline health, enforce sales discipline, and guide the enterprise sales process.
  • Develop the team: Recruit, lead, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team capable of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Define the playbook: Build and refine the enterprise sales playbook including MEDDPICC qualification, deal strategy, and partner engagement models.
  • Influence the product roadmap: Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate partner needs into scalable integrations and platform capabilities.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally: Partner with product, partnerships, marketing, legal, and operations to move deals from prospecting through launch.
  • Drive pipeline creation: Develop outbound strategies and ecosystem partnerships that consistently generate qualified enterprise opportunities.
  • Represent Steadily externally: Act as a thought partner to executives at property tech, lending, and real estate platforms.

Your Background

  • Enterprise sales leadership experience: You have a strong track record of leading teams that close complex enterprise deals with large technology platforms or financial services companies.
  • Partnership builder: You know how to identify, structure, and launch platform partnerships that create value for both organizations and their shared customers.
  • Strategic operator: You can think at the system level and are skilled at designing sales motions, identifying the right verticals, and prioritizing opportunities that will scale.
  • Player-coach mindset: You’ve led sales teams and enjoy developing others while still personally driving important deals forward.
  • Tech and data fluency: You are comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce), sales tooling, and using data to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and improve sales performance.
  • Builder mentality: You thrive in early-stage environments where processes are still being defined and enjoy creating structure where none exists.
  • Ownership and urgency: You take full ownership of outcomes and move quickly, rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.
