What is your role at Steadily, and what are your primary responsibilities?
Partnerships Account Executive, Driving new referral business to Steadily through partnerships with companies in the Real Estate, Property Management, Private Lending, and Prop Tech industries.
Can you describe a typical day in your role and what you find most rewarding about it?
As a frequent traveler, I attend numerous conferences across the country on Real Estate Investing, Property Management, and Private Lending. These events are crucial for networking, creating referral opportunities, and enhancing the Steadily brand. I particularly enjoy solving day-to-day challenges for our partners, which is the highlight of my job.
What do you think is unique about working at Steadily that others who are interviewing should know?
Our business is expanding rapidly. Every time I return from a work conference, I find that our office headcount has increased. This growth offers numerous career advancement opportunities and the chance to collaborate with talented colleagues.
