External Candidate Referral
Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern Steadily’s referral promotion (“Steadily Referral Program” or “Program”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- In order to receive a referral fee (“Referral Fee”), the applicant (“Candidate”) must list you (“Referrer”) as the person who referred them at the time of application and meet all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Maximum of one Referral Fee paid per Candidate.
- The Referral Fee will be paid in the amount of $500 if Steadily hires the Candidate and the Candidate works continuously for a period of three (3) months. If the Candidate works continuously for a period of six (6) months, the fee will be paid in an additional amount of $2,500.
- Steadily will use best efforts to contact the Referrer to collect and issue payment information when due. Steadily is not responsible for any incorrect information provided by a Candidate.
- Receipt of any Referral Fee is contingent on the Referrer providing all required tax forms, including a valid IRS Form W-9 or W-8BEN. Steadily may withhold and report taxes as required by law. Failure to provide requested documentation within 60 days may result in forfeiture of the Referral Fee.
- The Steadily Referral Program will end December 1, 2025. Any Candidates referred after that date will be ineligible for the Referral Fee.
- Participants in this Program must disclose to Candidates that they may receive a Referral Fee.
- The total amount of Referral Fees collected under the Steadily Referral promotion cannot exceed $15,000, unless Steadily increases the cap in writing.
- Referrers are prohibited from:
- Making any false or misleading statements related to Steadily
- Spamming, mass marketing, or cold-texting potential Candidates
- Failing to disclose receipt of compensation in exchange for the referral.
- Violating any applicable law, including advertising, telemarketing or privacy laws.
- Participation does not imply employment, partnership or contractor relationship. Steadily makes no guarantee that any Candidate will be hired.
- Steadily reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Steadily Referral Program, or revise these terms and conditions without providing you with prior notice. By continuing to participate in the Steadily Referral Program, you agree to any amendment to these terms and conditions.
- Steadily reserves the right to audit referrals and disqualify any it determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, made in bad faith, or otherwise ineligible. All decisions regarding eligibility, rewards, and disputes are final and binding..
- Current Steadily employees and people under 18 years of age are not eligible.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas without regard to conflict of laws principles.
- If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the program.
- This program is void where prohibited.
